Menu Company Settings — calendar and appointment alert settings (per store).
Admin calendar display

| Staff / room overlap | Allowed or not in admin only |
| Status colors | Accepted, pending, cancelled, declined, no-show… |
The booking website never allows overlaps, even if admin does.
