Bug reports
For ultraadmin / platform administration accounts (depending on plugin permissions).
Create and track bug reports from the admin.
| Point | Behaviour |

| Email notification | When a report is created, email goes to the address in config (BUG_REPORTS_NOTIFICATION_EMAIL in .env, e.g. product team). |
| Production exceptions | Each reported production exception (500, PHP/SQL errors…, not 404s or validation) sends a detail email to EXCEPTION_NOTIFICATION_EMAIL (default: same product recipient). The same fingerprint is emailed at most once every 15 minutes. |
| GitHub sync | The Sync with GitHub button is no longer offered; scheduled sync is disabled. |
Store end users usually do not use this screen.
Success criteria
- (Ultraadmin) I create a report and the configured recipient gets the notification.
