EliaFlow Guide
User guide Menus = admin groups

EliaFlow guide — for users

Welcome. This guide explains what you can do in EliaFlow, menu by menu — the left navigation uses the same groups as the admin (e.g. Customers and sales → Customers, Households, Invoices…).

No technical background needed: we talk about customers, services, products, trainings, invoices, and the website.

EliaFlow adapts to any type of business that sells services and/or products and/or trainings — not only clinics or salons. Details: Organisation, settings, and access.

How to use this guide

  1. Open a group in the sidebar (as in the admin).
  2. Choose the menu page (Customers, Households, Invoices…).
  3. “Overview” reminds you of the group and lists its sub-pages.

What you see in the admin also depends on:

  • your role;
  • the modules enabled for your store.

  • The catalogue (services / products / trainings depending on modules) feeds invoices, appointments, and the website.
  • An archived item no longer appears for new sales or on the site, but remains visible on past invoices.
  • The word service means any sellable service offering — not only aesthetic treatments.
