Room schedules
Menu Appointments → Room schedules (if rooms are enabled for the store).
What is it?
This is the room occupancy list: when a room is taken by an appointment, and when it is blocked for another reason.
Useful for EliaFlow staff who manage spaces day to day (who is where, which room is free, what to plan for tomorrow).
| Entry type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Reserved | Room occupied by an appointment |
| Maintenance | Room intentionally unavailable (cleaning, breakdown, works…) |
Maintenance mode
If a room is not available for some reason, you can place it in maintenance mode for a period (start / end + reason).
| Effect | Detail |
|---|---|
| Blocking | The room is no longer offered for new appointments on that range (according to conflict rules) |
| Visibility | The whole team sees the maintenance in the schedule list |
| Editing | You can edit or delete a maintenance period |
You generally cannot create a maintenance that overlaps active appointments / another schedule on the same room.
Filters and PDF download
As with other lists, you filter (room, dates, reserved / maintenance status…) for a precise view.
You can download as PDF (and often Excel) the filtered result — for example:
“Tomorrow, when is room X occupied?”
Ideal for sharing the room plan with staff without giving them the full history.
Success criteria
- I see occupancy linked to appointments on a room.
- I create a maintenance period with reason and dates.
- I export a filtered PDF (e.g. tomorrow’s occupancy) for staff.
