A marketing campaign is an email send prepared in EliaFlow: message (often an email template), audience, optional scheduling, then send tracking. It is used to inform or promote (news, offers, topical reminders) to people who have agreed to receive this type of message.
It is not the same tool as service recalls (reminders linked to a specific service / client), nor Google reviews (Google Business rating after an invoice).
Where do email addresses come from?
When creating a campaign, you choose the audience. Addresses come only from these sources (current store):
| Source | Where to find them | Who is included |
|---|---|---|
| Clients | Clients records | Clients with email and marketing accepted |
| Newsletter subscribers | Newsletter subscribers | Sign-ups via the website newsletter form |
You can target one, the other, or both.
Deduplication: the same address receives only one message, even if it appears both as a client and as a newsletter subscriber.
EliaFlow does not take addresses outside these lists (no free import into the campaign itself): to widen the audience, add clients with marketing consent, or subscribers via the website / newsletter list.
Unsubscribe is respected (link / preference according to how campaigns work).
