Customer statistics
Menu Statistics → Customer statistics (right after KPI statistics).
Dashboard on the store’s customer base: trends, return rate, and demographic indicators for a chosen period. Read-only — no customer creation or editing here.
Prerequisites: Statistics + Customers modules enabled, and permission view_statistic_customer (set on the Customer statistics resource in the role form — no longer on the Customer resource).

Access from the customer list
On Customers and sales → Customers, a Customer statistics header link opens this page (visible only with the permission above).
The customer list itself no longer shows statistics widgets: aggregated insights are grouped here.
Filters
Collapsible Customer statistics section at the top:

| Statistics period | Last 30 days, last month, 3 / 6 months, current year, previous year, or custom period (from / to) |
Cards and chart refresh as soon as you change the period (no Apply button).
In Master, figures follow the store selected in the Filament bar (like other business screens).
Indicators (cards)
| Indicator | Short reading |
|---|---|
| Customer return rate | Customers with at least 2 visits ÷ distinct customers in the period (detail under the card) |
| New customers (period) | Creations in the interval, with total customers in scope |
| Breakdown by gender | Male / female / other shares for the period and for all filtered records |
| Average age | Average for the period, with min / max when birth dates are filled in |
A help icon on each card explains the formula.
If few customers have gender or date of birth, gender / age cards stay less useful — encourage complete records.
Customer chart
Customer count trend over the period (line / bars depending on display).
Uses the same period and store scope as the cards.

Difference from the customer record

Success criteria
- With permission, I see Statistics → Customer statistics in the menu.
- Without permission, the menu and list header link are hidden.
- Changing the period updates cards and chart.
- I see return rate, new customers, gender, and average age.
- In Master, changing store changes the figures.
